These are your tasks
- You support us in the area of claims processing for transport and traffic liability claims.
- You support our system partners in complying with the existing insurance concept and the associated processes.
- You independently process protocol requests / claims in the internet claims portal.
- You support the claims processing office (broker/insurer) in clarifying facts.

What you have
- commercial training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
- experience in the area of general cargo
- ideally experience in the field of transport liability and goods transport insurance
- foreign language skills – English spoken and written
- communicative, service-oriented and friendly manner
- independent, responsible, reliable and meticulous way of working
- pleasure in detail and documentation in the clarification of facts
- very good MS-Office skills
- knowledge of the claims processing portal ClaimX
