The user experience plays an important role in the development of our new OSL IT platform. This is because the new platform, which will replace the previous LBase system, should be intuitive to use without the need for lengthy training. To this end, we regularly monitor user experience and usability. On Wednesday, experts from the system headquarters, the partner network and Frachtwerk’s digitalisation specialists met again at the central hub in Schlitz to take a critical look at the user-friendliness. The look and feel is impressive.
The backend and frontend programmers are currently working on ‘partner processes’ and ‘clearings’. This will be based on the master data of the 95 OSL partners, which will soon be visible and maintainable on the new platform; registered users should be able to log in with their respective access data in July. The next step will be to tackle the HUB processes.
