A very special networker is celebrating an anniversary: for ten years now, Verena Käuper has been shaping our general cargo network with her expert knowledge, her precision, and her enthusiasm. She is a natural when it is a matter of listening carefully, finding solutions, motivating people, supporting the partners with their individual needs, or winning new partners.
“It is thanks to people like Verena that we are now the strong, reliable general cargo network that people know and value. It is particularly due to her that we are continually expanding with new national and international partners,” OSL’s CEO Petra Welling says. “We are very glad to have her as a member of management helping to shape the future of our general cargo network.”
She began her career in logistics at Hartmann International in her home town of Paderborn. After completing her apprenticeship as a forwarding agent, she oversaw training there, then went to Shanghai as the company’s chief representative. During her time at Hartmann, she completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Two years as project manager in the automotive sector at Arvato followed. Then she moved on to ONLINE Systemlogistik. She joined the company in 2016 as management assistant. Once again, she studied alongside a fulltime job and completed a master’s degree in business psychology. In 2021 she was granted signatory authority and has been a member of OSL’s management since then. She is perfect for the position, since she identifies with OSL’s goals 100 percent and always has an eye for the big picture.
