System Partner Meeting 2026

Shaping the future proactively with a sense of proportion, courage and confidence: our System Partner Meeting was not just about the obligatory financial figures and reviews, but above all about our strategy. How do we want to position ourselves as a general cargo cooperative, and in which direction do we want to develop together? The key themes for the coming months have been set.

• We want to further develop our capabilities as a general cargo network to enable our partners to access additional sectors more easily.
• An integrated management system for documented quality and environmental standards, as well as ongoing digitalisation, are naturally part of this.
• Through a high-performance charging infrastructure at the central hub and further measures, we aim to support our partners even more strongly in the area of e-mobility.
• We intend to expand our central hub to connect more partners and thus implement our strategy – two partners per metropolitan region in Germany and Europe.

We would like to thank our system partners for their dialogue, solidarity and support, our partners LSU Schäberle and Gerstlauer Group for their inspiring contributions, the Frachtwerk team for their valuable insights, and our colleagues at the system headquarters for their excellent preparation. It was a pleasure to feel such a sense of drive. We can rely on our proven teamwork.
