One standard for all

As a system-based general cargo network, we ensure that all system partners meet the same high quality and environmental standards. Our partners are certified according to these standards:

Our quality management

To achieve and maintain a consistent level of quality for all system partners, we audit new partners six months after they join the network. We accompany them personally step by step through the demanding certification process, prepare internal and external audits together and are also on site during the certification itself.

Digital certification

The basis of every certification is the checklist with questionnaire, which we have prepared in such a way that it can be processed particularly efficiently. Using our dedicated software, OSL partners are able to edit the checklist, confirm audit dates and upload all the required documents.

Measuring Emissions according to ISO 14083

We are already using the pacemaker.ai sustainability management platform to collect real (primary) data to measure emissions at the level of shipments and for the planned verification according to ISO 14083. All the relevant data including hub emissions is made available to our partners via an API (Application Programming Interface). They can use the results, for instance, for their sustainability reporting in accord with the GHG protocol standards and on that basis continue to work on reducing their emissions.
