What exactly do people do at ONLINE Systemlogistik’s Central Hub? SVG Assekuranz’s claim adjusters in Münster have probably asked themselves this question many times. Following their recent visit to Schlitz near Fulda during a night-time handling shift, they’ve now had the opportunity to see for themselves – and were visibly impressed. One thing they’ve realised: The claims SVG has been processing since 2011 represent only a small fraction of the general cargo shipments that are handled each day.
