advise and support ONLINE Systemlogistik’s system partners, including directly at their sites
work closely with the system partners to ensure and continuously improve service and process quality
compile, analyse and evaluate quality and environmental performance indicators; identify, initiate and monitor appropriate improvement measures
verify compliance with defined quality standards at transhipment facilities and support system partners in implementing the relevant measures
measure and assess whether quality and environmental targets are being met; develop appropriate optimisation strategies
contribute to the planning, organisation and holding of training courses, workshops and information sessions
work independently on cross-functional projects to further develop the network, quality standards and internal processes
support the OSL management team with operational, strategic and organisational matters
promote an open quality and environmental culture
travel: This varied role involves business travel within Germany and Europe to support and further develop our system partners.
