You develop IT systems, always thinking one step ahead, thereby strengthening ONLINE Systemlogistik’s leading position in the digital sector.
You engage with stakeholders, identify needs and derive development requirements from these.
You coordinate development processes, monitor sprint planning, oversee testing and plan release cycles.
You establish structures, technical standards and processes, coordinate these and communicate them to those involved.
You ensure operational processes run smoothly.
You plan and facilitate regular meetings with partners and service providers to identify and communicate requirements.
You maintain close communication with freight forwarders to ensure the best possible user experience.
You manage external service providers and monitor their work.
You handle incidents and manage incident communication.
You keep track of requirements relating to data protection, IT security and compliance.

several years’ experience in a comparable role, ideally in the freight forwarding/logistics sector
experience in managing service providers
proficient in requirements management with a background in logistics
substantial experience in project management and in the specialist processes of transport logistics
strong communication skills, particularly in reconciling differing interests
a structured approach to work, a strong focus on results and the ability to reduce complexity
very good knowledge of German and English
