Sales Seminar Met with Positive Response

“Successful Price Negotiations” was the central topic of our current sales seminars. We held them on two dates in October to help prepare our partners for price negotiations.

A German saying goes something like “you have to be agreeable to reach an agreement.” Many agreements or contracts regulate costs or prices. But what happens when transport costs rise – for example because of new legal regulations or investments in alternative fuels or technology – and the forwarder must then raise the rate? The seminar provided strategic planning simulations and background information on the general cargo market to give our sales experts arguments that they can use in their next price negotiations.
