Rüdinger Spedition is bringing its branch in Attendorn into the ONLINE Systemlogistik (OSL) general cargo network as a new system partner beginning on 1 May 2025. The first freight will be handled in the OSL central hub during the night from 2 to 3 May.
“We are very pleased that Rüdinger Spedition has chosen us for a second time,” says Verena Käuper, director at ONLINE Systemlogistik. Rüdinger has been a system partner in OSL since 1999 with its headquarters in Krautheim. “The partnership with ONLINE Systemlogistik has proven to be highly successful over the past decades,” Roland Rüdinger, CEO of Rüdinger Spedition, adds. “Since we added our new location in Attendorn to our business in 2023, it was important for us to have this site also become a partner of ONLINE Systemlogistik.”
The system partners Heuel Logistics, Keimeier & Finke, Spedition Kunz, and Transland Spedition cover the regions bordering on Rüdinger Spedition in Attendorn.
“The Sauerland region is very strong in the area of procurement,” Verena Käuper explains. “With Rüdinger in Attendorn joining our network, we can divide up the volume of shipments better and further optimize operations in this area.” With this location, Rüdinger will also benefit from OSL’s network of international connections.” ONLINE Systemlogistik currently works with 28 European partners as well as the general cargo alliances ASTRE Palet System in France and One Express in Italy.
Rüdinger Spedition, Attendorn
It was just in 2023 that the former Kost forwarding company in Attendorn and Rüdinger Spedition merged. Founded in 1946, the haulier in Attendorn had made a name for itself as a specialist for FTL and LTL shipping. Currently, 45 employees handle consolidated cargo, FTL and LTL shipments, coil transport, machinery and equipment shipping, and customs services at the Attendorn site. The facility provides 1500 square metres of logistics space, and 25 trucks are on the road every day.
With Rüdinger Spedition in Attendorn joining as an OSL system partner, the company aims to strategically expand its general cargo business and to make more efficient use of synergy in Europe-wide pallet transports.
