From 15 to 17 December, everything in our seminar room at the Central HUB revolved around quality standards and certifications. The agenda included the norms ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and HACCP (food safety). These norms not only set standards for operational processes but also provide tangible advantages for companies and their customers. Conformance to the standards brings increased security for people, goods, and the environment. This guarantee of particularly high quality provides a competitive advantage over others on the market.
The instructor Harald Mohme with his experience as a trainer and consultant knows what requirements these norms and standards set and how they can be implemented efficiently in practice. He has worked in the transport and logistics sector since the end of the 1980s and has been an auditor for DEKRA Certification GmbH for almost 30 years. He founded his company, MCT Management, Consulting & Training in 1998.
Andreas Nowotny, quality manager and lead auditor at ONLINE Systemlogistik, has moderated the seminar meetings.
