Constructive exchange instead of teacher-centred teaching: the small group size of a maximum of 20 participants proved its worth at the one-day seminar ‘Best Practice in Quality and Environmental Management’ (QEM). On the agenda were, on the one hand, quality and environmental goals, transparency of key figures, legal requirements and comprehensible documentation, and on the other hand, the protection of employees and the great importance of performance reviews.
Our quality manager and lead auditor Andreas Nowotny held the seminars on 18 and 19 March in our training rooms at the central hub in Schlitz. The conclusion after the two events: a lot of encouragement and the desire for further seminars or workshops on selected quality and environmental management topics. That’s possible – the planning for the next dates is already in progress.
