Since 2024, we have had another expert on board who is in the front position for this work: Andreas Nowotny is our quality manager and lead auditor, conducting quality and environmental audits at our partners’ premises; 69 were carried out during the 2024/25 internal round of audits .
Keeping an eye on the quality of our services is only part of his job.
He also introduces and optimises integrated management systems and develops quality guidelines and standards. And if anyone can put these abstract specifications into practice, it’s Andreas Nowotny: with a total of 36 years of logistics experience in various well-known companies, including as a dispatcher, project manager, dangerous goods officer and QM auditor, he has the ideal qualifications for the job.
When he’s not working in the office or conducting an audit, he’s probably cycling, looking after his dogs, enjoying classic cars and life in the south of France, or volunteering at a children’s home, for example.
