The general cargo cooperation Online Systemlogistik (OSL) is kicking off August with a new partner in Croatia: as of 1 August 2026, the Croatian branch of Global Express Austria will join OSL. This brings the total number of system partners in the Europe-wide general cargo network to 102.
In Croatia, goods for OSL partners will be handled at the Global Express sites in Zagreb and Ivanec. The advantage over previous bilateral transport operations within the OSL network lies, on the one hand, in the higher frequency of services via regular main routes. On the other hand, standardised partner rates apply; invoicing can be handled via the central OSL clearing system. Further benefits of the system partnership include participation in Matrix Certification within the international OSL quality management system and the ability to record and analyse one’s own CO2 emissions via the sustainability management platform from pacemaker.ai.
Global Express first joined ONLINE Systemlogistik’s general cargo network in April 2020 with its Kalsdorf site in Austria; five years later, the Klagenfurt site followed, and in April 2026, Global Express Austria GmbH, with its site in Slovenia, became an OSL partner.
