The young people asked questions, an ‘old hand’ had the answers. When the commercial apprentices from our partner agotrans Logistik visited our central hub (ZUB) in Schlitz, they had very much that they wanted to learn. How does the hub operate and how do the processes work in detail? How do we manage volumes and plan for overloads? What does the camera system have to do with shipment research? And, given the hustle and bustle of night-time transshipment, how often do accidents happen? So much interest meant there was plenty to talk about.
Like at every ZUB visit, our site manager Damian Voß had prepared a presentation and was able to answer all questions in his lecture. His answer about the number of accidents at the hub was particularly encouraging: there are so few that authorities and insurance companies are always amazed.
