The development of our new IT platform has begun. Once again, the system isn’t “off the shelf” but rather specifically tailored to our processes. We attach particular importance to user-friendliness, with the applications, therefore, intended to be even more intuitive, so that users can familiarise themselves with the system even more quickly. In addition, we want to network the existing functions more closely with each other. Together with our IT department, experts from the partner network, and with advice from the digitalisation experts at Frachtwerk GmbH, we will successively develop our new IT landscape.
