Reports before the summer holidays – all nine OSL partners who took part in the DEKRA audit round for the first time in 2024 are going into the summer with a good “report”. They were successfully audited and included in the matrix certification. This great result was announced at the meeting of the Quality Management Representatives of ONLINE Systemlogistik. Quality managers from OSL partners and the OSL System Headquarters got together with experts to discuss and exchange ideas at this meeting in the last week of June.
The “reports” were an important topic discussed by the QM representatives. What was still missing to get the full score from DEKRA, why did another partner get one percentage point more, what can we do to improve further? Michael Manroth, auditor on behalf of DEKRA Certification GmbH, Stuttgart, was able to answer all the questions. The certificates will be handed over in November.
The results of OSL’s internal quality audits, which are based on the requirements of the 9001, 14001, and HACCP standards, are also impressive: all the 55 OSL partner sites that underwent the 2023 round of audits passed, with most scoring well over 90 out of a possible 100 points.
