Hurray! All nine OSL system partners who took part in the matrix certification for the first time passed at the first attempt! This is extremely important because it ensures the high quality standard of the entire ONLINE Systemlogistik general cargo network. As we are closely involved in the certification processes, we are aware of the great commitment and considerable effort of the partners behind it – well done!
To be certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for quality management, DIN EN ISO 14001 for environmental management and HACCP for food safety requires intensive preparation:
Working through checklists, compiling documents and evidence, answering over 100 questions and organising a full-day on-site audit of all operational processes.
All nine partners successfully completed the process and the certificates were ceremonially presented during our System Partner Meeting. Congratulations once again!
