6 out of 37: every four years our OSL shareholders select a new executive board. It takes a strong, dedicated committee to make good decisions. In OSL’s case the board is made up of six experienced executives from our group of shareholders; all shareholders are at the same time system partners. The executive board meets several times each year – in person or online – and decides how our general cargo network should be strategically positioned and developed. They take suggestions from the partner companies as well as recommendations from corporate management into account. The board is in close contact with management through weekly online meetings.
Our new executive board has been in office since January. Five of the previous members were re-elected. Frank Reichert, CEO of Beeger International StĂĽckgut Logistik, joined the bord to replace Uwe Heinke from Spedition Vogtland, who left of his own accord and is getting ready for retirement.
We are very pleased to have such a qualified team whose experience and expertise puts them in a good position to take on future challenges.
